SOLD
I'm selling my Resistifier pedal made by R3FX. R3FX is a one-man pedal manufacturer out of Ohio that makes pedals to order. I had to mail the guy a letter and a check and wait 6 weeks for him to hand make this thing. Oh, and he occasionally shuts down his website so that he can catch up on back orders :jester:

This pedal gets the closest to the Mesa Rectifier series distortion out of anything I've tried over the years. It's great for getting that Mesa crunch at lower volumes. I had success with it using all kinds of combinations: bolt-on guitars, set-neck guitars, humbuckers, single coils, actives and passives both. Even ran a couple synths through it with great results. I'd imagine that a bass would sound righteous through it as well.

What makes this pedal special is that not only does it give you as much gain as you could ever need, the sound stays warm instead of getting tinny or shrill. And its super customizable. There's full EQ control - bass, mids, and treble. Plus a presence control for dialing in that extra high end. Plus a level control so you can use it as a boost as well. And it doesn't color the sound the way a lot of distortions do - the boost is actually quite true to your original tone.

It's true bypass and can be powered by a 9V battery or by an adapter. Get it in time for Christmas! ;)

It was $150 new, asking $100 shipped & insured, willing to haggle.
