FS MIM Fender Strat with active EMGs

Selling a MIM Fender Strat with active EMGs. Includes a Fender Hardshell case. Looks like the saddles have been upgraded. Action is set low and the intonation is spot on. I don't have the tremolo arm but it's currently set up as a hard tail.

Looking to get $400cash...I am looking for a nice amp (1 12'' speaker and around 50 watts) so I would entertain trades. Thanks for looking!

I'd be interested in trading +/- cash for an amp or a solid wood acoustic (such as an Epiphone Masterbilt)...kinda open, I don't need this Strat as I am working on 2 Strat pojects right now.
