It's time to do some house cleaning.
Up for sale is a good condition MXR Phase 90. This one has been modded to script specs. It's mellower, sweeter, without any harsh clipping that the stock ones exhibit.
There are a few small paint chip spots on the casing as shown in the picture. This pedal, like Boss' stuff, will never die. I do not abuse my pedals and the effect sounds great (MUCH better than the stock).
Why am I selling it? 1. I'm going to all "true-bypass" effects now. I don't notice any coloration of tone with this pedal, but just the fact that it's not labeled true bypass, keeps me from holding onto it. 2. I realized I just don't use phase that much. It's a cool sound and I used it on my earlier demos, but now outside of a wah, overdrive and delay, I can't imagine needing anything else in the way of effects.
I need to sell this to fund some low capacitance patch cables for my pedalboard. I'm looking for $45 shipped to conUS. Please look at my feedback on this forum, on the Gear Page (selling to Patch and MikeyG), and on eBay as the-seattle-rocker. If anyone is at all interested, please e-mail me at the_seattle_rocker@hotmail.com, reply to this thread, or PM me.
Thanks
