That's a good price.
I really hope someone buys this. I already have one and don't need another, but man, I would love to have a second one for our jam space.

Good luck with the sale.

Re: FS -Orange OR15 head.

I need an amp for gigging that I can easily carry on the subway, and I'm torn between something like this (15 ish watts, valve) or the Powerstage 170...

Re: FS -Orange OR15 head.

I am not fam with the powerstage, but the OR is a fun little amp to play, and not heavy at all IMO. I do not have one but they do make a little gig bag for the OR15.

Would you just use whatever cab they had at the gig?

Re: FS -Orange OR15 head.

The head is very light. I carry mine in an Egnater bag (think I paid $25).

Unless they allow my Wizard loaded 2x12, yes.

How does that work out on the Subway for ya? ;)

Ive run the OR15 with g12m 20/25s, m65 creamback, H30, h75 creamback, and V30 speakers. It sounds pretty good with anything. With the Wizards it will sound very 70s Sabbath.

OR15 is perfect for Sabbath or early Zeppelin. Check out the Laney IRT112. It costs less than the Orange PPC112 (and IMO sounds better with this head).

BTW: Mullards are great tubes - they reduce the amount of fizz in the gain, and helps it to not break up so early (allowing more clean headroom). The full amount of gain is still there, it just seems more refined.
