"How to play Slide Guitar in Standard and Drop-D Tuning" DVD by Kirk Lorange. I worked through it, took notes, and am ready to move it along. You can read about it at bottleneckguitar.com. Cost $46 to get it here from Australia. I can get it to you for $25 in basically new condition. Solid Lesson that has me thinking about things a little differently.
