Something Cool
I have a Sound Devices USBPre v1 for sale. I think $150 is a fair price.
New this is a $700 professional recording device. The finest microphone preamps you can image, full metal casing, lots of LEDs for the VU meter, phantom power, S/PDIF out in addition to USB.
The catch? My version 1 only has drivers for 32 bit windows and 32 bit mac. Hence the $150. I had originally planned to reverse engineer what it does on the USB bus and make it work in Linux and FreeBSD (it almost works already) but I just don't have the time.
