Hey guys, For sale I have an F spaced FRED humbucker (Trembucker spacing) . I've had it for 5 months. Great for solo's, lead playing, sparkly cleans, crazy harmonics, 80's rock (evh, satch, Ratt style stuff) and instrumental type things, cuts right through a mix. Harmonics literally leap out of this thing and it can go in the neck or bridge.
Very defined and clear, almost single coil like response and clarity but in a quieter, beefier humbucker package! It was satriani's favourite pickup through the 80's and 90's. Selling because I want to try something a little heavier/bassier so I can play more heavy chunky Drop D style stuff.
I would definitely buy this pickup again if I get another guitar and would use it for all my solo's coz it really sings and slices through the drums and screams when used with a floyd rose!!
