Both pickups are black

L90 2.8H, black - $45 paypal/shipped USPS within the 48 states
L90 4.0H, black - $45 paypal/shipped USPS within the 48 states

Both are great pickups--I use the 2.0H in my HSS strat to pair with L45s, love that set.
I Originally got all three inductance L90s to experiment before I settled on what guitar and pickup arrangement I'd use the L90 humbuckers with...eventually decided on the HSS strat instead of an HH strat, etc.

2.8H and 4.0H would make a rather good neck--bridge pair in the vintage/PAF output range, with the oft-lauded Lawrence clarity that no other pickups I've used yet offer.

The 2.8H is around 6.5k (very roughly speaking) the 4.0H is around 7k (very roughly), FYI.

Happy to answer questions about them as well!

How do the L45s sound to you? I just bought one for the mid position on my strat but it's not here yet.

Well, I really like the L45s. They're hard to describe though. Very strat/single coil, not peaky, full frequency response, output is vintage/lowish, bass and mids are clear. The L200/L290 set I have in another strat type guitar is more of the quirky/vintage sound. Careful not to crank the bass side of the pickup too close in an effort to get more bass response--especially with lighter strings--or you get something weird but a bit different than strat-itis. I really enjoy them though.

Also open to trades:

A) Wilde Bill Lawrence L280 Neck and Middle pickups

or

B) Wilde Bill Lawrence L600 in black with black housing

(+ cash in the applicable either direction where applicable).

Honestly, these are great pickups (and somehow really affordable even new)!

No wait time on these if you buy 'em here, gently used (aesthetically brand new)...

I'd keep these, without a thought--only I just can't bond with the aesthetic of them in my 335.

The L280s would go in an HSS strat, and some L600 configurations/spacings could work for me in either the 335, or a different HSS strat...
