Fuzz Face Clone!

Is done. I need to adjust the bias a little bit but I think it sounds pretty good. This is the tantulus project from runoffgroove.com. i call Ultor, which means avenger in Latin.


Here's a clip. Not very complicated but I like it. Like I said, I need to adjust the bias.

I couldn't get the Bazz Fuzz to work. I think it was the clipping LED/diode. For some reason, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get it to work. I might have sent the current in the wrong way (flipped around the anode and cathode). :smack:

I was thinking about the Germanium FF. I probably will when I'm done with this Duo-Sonic project. A wii might come first.

I forgot to add that I forgot that the input cap had to be elctrolytic when I bought the parts. :smack: :smack:

So I used a 10mf rather than a .1mf. I think that's what gives it the Bazz Fuzz characteristics.
