Isn't that sad considering Parker made a name for himself for creating a guitar that was "different"?
They are cool guitars and the wide, thin necks were atleast in my top 3 of favorite necks I've ever played. So easy to play they play themselves...

Wonder if their high quality and superior build will start to take a chunk out of Gibson's sales and force Gibson to sue Parker aswell...... Oh sweet singlecut how I miss you.

they probably will try. And it's because the consumer can't tell the difference between a gibson les paul and a PRS singlcut, they would think they were buying a gibson. Oh yeah you know what, the consumer might not realize they are buying a parker and might think they are buying a gibson les paul.
Sarcasm in case you didn't pick it up. Gibson's whole argument is that they stated that the consumer would think they were buying a gibson les paul if they bought a prs singlecut.

Nice guitar I didn't like the Fly at all but I wouldn't mind checking one of those out.
I would venture a guess as to say they ran it by the legal department first but who knows? I would say there are enough differences that they would be cool with it.
