Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

wahwah

GumbyLoveologist
Check this out forum bros. I sent a Christmas message to Geoffrey Teese, and he sent one back this morning asking if he could use the RMC1 demo that I had up on my Soundclick page, which I had originally posted here for some forum bros who wanted to hear what the RMC1 sounded like. I said yes, of course, because I'm proud to be associated with his brilliant wah pedals, and I just checked and he has already put it up on his website, here... http://www.realmccoycustom.com/AUDIO.htm

If you scroll down to the last demo, that's me with my old Strat and Super Champ. I'm honored and blown away!

Re: Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

Nice Christmas present. Nice licks too. Kinda like the "blues" meets VooDoo Child. That last 10 seconds sounds like the background to a sitcom as someone looks forlornful. :D

That's trippy, I think I was looking forlorn when I played it!

Re: Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

cool

I've had an RMC1 several years, and IMHO, it's perfect with a strat!

Re: Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

nice.... i'm going to have to find me a super champ as well now..... nice Wah sound in that demo!

Re: Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

Congratulations!! That sounds really good, I really like the sound of someone playing that style, you do it extremely well! I guess I shouldn't be surprised looking at your forum name!! Good job!

Re: Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

Thanks guys, it really means a lot to me, because I think he makes the best wahs on the planet. Now I'm gonna have to get myself a Picture Wah and try my luck with a demo of that, too!

Cheers.................................wahwah

I did read it. That's why I asked the question. I never heard of these pedals before, so I'm curious what makes them great. If you don't mind, I would like to hear a bit more about it. Thanks.

Yeah, Geoffrey Teese is the man behind the RMC (Real Mcoy Custom) range of wah wah pedals. They are commonly considered to be one of the best wahs on the planet, and what makes them great is their amazing tone and excellent build quality. Geoffrey Teese's customer support is also legendary, he's amongst the best in the business. His wahs are used by some pretty heavyweight players like these http://www.realmccoycustom.com/RMCARTISTS.htm and here is his homepage http://www.realmccoycustom.com/

Re: Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

That is sweet man! Congrats! I've always been a fan of Tesse wahs, they are the best when it comes to wah pedals.

Very nice!

Thank you for informing me. I read the website and I really didn't know wah pedals were so diverse. I really always thought wah pedals sounded basically the same, but I guess there's more to it.

Re: Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

Nice one WahWah, though I'm not surprised! He could do ALOT worse... he could have asked me! But then.... he wouldn't :(

Re: Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

That is a great demo .... no wonder he used it!

I was thinking about a Budwah, but I may have to reconsider. That Teese is so ..... .... MUSICAL sounding!

Congratulations!

Re: Geoffrey Teese has used my demo!

I'd definitely recommend a Teese over the Budwah.
More vocal, with a wider sweep.
