While folks were enjoying their chocolate eggs, Dr. Crane was busy performing elective surgery. I picked up a pair of Gibson MHS pups for a handsome price and couldn't wait to hear them in the new SG. One of the hurdles was converting the 2 conductor pups to the new fangled Gibby 5 pin. Ignoring wire colors and correctly guessing center was the hot saved time. I recorded the SG before the swap and left my amp settings the same. I'm listening to the before/after results in ProT00ls as I type.
