Give Me the Kahler Rundown

My charvel with a kahler just arrived today. Can anyone tell me about these tremolos. I've only ever used tune-o-matic bridges, so I'm new to this. I want to put new strings on the guitar and set up the truss rod a little different. So I need to know how you can set up the intonation on these. I know they are way easier than Floyds. I read somewhere that they set themself up and you don't need to mess with springs. Anyway, I've looked at every google link about kahlers and they only tell some history. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

and what are your opinions. I took the strings off, can't get new ones until tomorrow. I have to fool around a little more before I draw a conclusion. I want to post pics, but it says they are too big. Weird because I've posted pics on here before. How do I?
