GNX3 problems

Hey all my presets sound tinny (hard on the ears when turned up) ever since i downloaded some from the computer, even the factory presets, anyone have any idea what i might of done or a way to fix?

i use this effects unit..you can reset it to factory...i just cant tell you how.......try the digitech page and get some tech help......i lost my phone book sized mmanual a year ago.

i had reset it already, but im gonna reset it again cause i think the last time i reset it it was hooked up to the computer so maybe that did something

cant say.....i never used mine with a p.c......but i dig the hell outta my gnx.

you playing out thru your head phones?
or thru the usb jack to the headphones of your pc?

mine does funky crap when I do that
you have to tweak the usb play back

the buttons
second row
shift and 4th button
the just tweak the wheel
