I have a friend that works and GC and he called me about the same thing. If I remember right, he told me $400 plus tax.

I snagged one of the 60th anniversary highway 1 P Basses for $400. I was psyched it was sitting RIGHT next to a brand new highway 1 P Bass in the new style, in the same color for $700, haha

some HWY!'s have slightly dropped at my local Canadian store.... no where near the $500 mark but i did notice them cheaper....

i've been in London twice in the past 4 years and the Denmark Street shops are scary with their prices... concidering what i can buy the goods for in Canada...

Yeah, I love looking around Denmark Street, but I would never buy there. For the money you'd need to spend there it'd be cheaper to book a flight and buy in the States.
