If you've got a question, most likely somebody has an answer.

Re: great site!

if not at the moment, grab your discussion hat and head over to the off topic section =)

welcome a-board (bad pun intended)

Re: great site!

boy do i have questions JB...questions that need answering! but maybe i'll run into some answers by wandering,...don't want to be redundant!

be there in a sec davey!.....

Re: great site!

welcome and ask away. there is a pretty good search function in this board software, but people here don't take pleasure in being a prick and pointing that out to you instead of answering your question. but it is a good working feature.

Re: great site!

thanks a bunch scott! actually i tried that to no avail (not that i'm the best at it)
so i went ahead and posted the "vintage gibson mod" post. i'm enjoying my meanderings here, lots of good info.....

Re: great site!

When I first came here, there was so much information I couldn't attain it all by browsing. If you have something specific in mind, the search function will allow you to find LOADS of information, well organized and done quickly! I use it all the time :)

And welcome to the forum, Skiddo

Re: great site!

thanks rainmaker...

Lew, i've done some homework on those sp43s. are you familiar with the tele version of that model? i think they're about .2" longer than the strat one, and closer to the size of the existing gibbo pups. maybe i'm splitting hairs here since i need a new guard regardless, but maybe bigger is better in this case?
