I had to crop to post.. Guess image was to big.. So may loom funny and long.. But any value? It does have a couple problems there is a crack and will need fret work..

Yeah, logo looks late 40s, but headstock looks like the early 50s shape. Maybe a transitional model?

OP, as for value... you can usually find them on decent shape for a few hundred bucks.
