Ground issue

I seem to be having a ground problem. If I touch the cable end coming out of my guitar, or put a bare foot onto my wah, it goes away. Everything checks out as far as solder connections. Any Ideas?

Impossible to say without seeing how your guitar is wired. Either post a pic of the control cavity, or describe how you have everything wired up.

I have a single conductor Gibson pickup of some sort going to a single volume pot. "Lug one" hot pickup in, "lug two" hot out, "lug three" bent up and grounded to side of pot. The pickup ground, the bridge ground, and the out ground are all soldered in the same location on the pot.

It's a Strat FWIW
