Re: Group pic- my Epi Les Pauls

OMG

are you broke yet?

beautiful collection

please don't tell me you're playing through a Line 6

Re: Group pic- my Epi Les Pauls

Why try different pickups in a guitar when you can get a different guitar for each set of pickups

Re: Group pic- my Epi Les Pauls

There is something to be said for playing 14 Epiphones badly vs two Gibsons badly. I'm not are what though….

Re: Group pic- my Epi Les Pauls

Nice lot ya have there. :headbang: :cool2:

I like to play all my guitars badly it doesn't matter the brand name. Only way you get better is to play more often and with a bit of focus. Have at it a lil more especially on that dirty Lemon one and the Goldtop. :headbang:

Re: Group pic- my Epi Les Pauls

Wow! SWEET Collection!! Some gorgeous ones in there too! The thing that jumps out to me the most is the age of them. Since they are all within the last few years. First, Epi is really making some good guitars these days and much more consistent. Second, You have really been on a buying tear to aquire all those within a short period!! Its not a collection that has been years and years in the making!

Re: Group pic- my Epi Les Pauls

I dig the Nightfalls. And I'm not really a Floyd guy (Kahlers are easier in my opinion.)

I'd love to get one of the Matt Heafy LP's. Or Bjorn Gelotte from In Flames.

Re: Group pic- my Epi Les Pauls

Very sweet!

But I cringe to think what would have happend if a gust of wind hit and they dominoed, with the headstocks scraping that brick wall on their way to falling on top of each other. Sorry, couldnt help presenting the visual.

ps. Very sweet!

Re: Group pic- my Epi Les Pauls

I am personally a fan of 1, 3, 5, and 6, left to right, for various reasons (pup, color, etc…)

Re: Group pic- my Epi Les Pauls

A good setup and Duncan pickups is all an Epiphone, or any guitar for that matter, needs.

I'd love to have a go at all those classic pickup combinations, and see for myself which pickups win.
I do that with my own guitar collection, but yours is a fairly level playing field.
