does anybody know a company who can make me an Eric Johnson profile guitar neck?
I want it quartersawn and roasted with stainless steel 6100 frets

I'd ask Musikraft. They seem to be the ones most dedicated to offering a plethora of different contours, and whilst they don't seem to offer any contour that they explicitly identify as an EJ, I bet that they have one ready.

They can definitely do the other stuff that you ask for.

Or, if Musikraft can't make it, get a Musikraft or Warmoth neck with their fattest neck, unfinished, and have a local luthier shape it exactly to the dimensions you desire. Fatter than their thickest neck is the Eric Johnson unlikely to be.
