Guitar Parts Resource...

Has anyone here dealt with them? I ordered a set of tuners for my daughter's Squier Mini back on 1/26, e-mailed them
asking for a status or shipping confirmation on 2/5, and called them on the 13th with no response. I paid for them thru
Paypal, so I'm not really worried about getting my money back, but I was just curious to know if anyone has had a similar
experience.

I order from them often. They've always been top notch, very easy to get a hold of, and have provided great service when I have had to deal with them on the phone or via e-mail. What you describe seems far out of character for them. I know that doesn't help you out in your situation, but I really wouldn't be afraid that you are being ripped off. It's probably a mistake, possibly several stacked on top of each other. Every business makes mistakes. I'd keep trying to contact them.

Actually, I just placed another order today, I got the shipping notification and tracking less then two hours after clicking "submit".

The only confirmation I've gotten is just from Paypal when the transaction took place. I wonder if I should contact them and see if the transaction didn't actually go through. I'm sure it will get resolved one way or another. Glad to hear they sound like a good place to buy from.
