yeah, i sing lead on about 1/3rd of our songs and harmony/backup on just about all the others ... i'm torn about it .. on one level, i kinda like it because it is expressive, and i put alot of heart into my vocal delivery that i think the crowd usually seems to get off on ... but on a deeper level, i know that i am not a very good singer and i'd rather have the total performance level go up .. we just have never had a guy singer who could sing as well as i can .. i'd rather put all my energy into playing guitar better instead of multi tasking my performance between singing and lead guitar
