Guitar woods

hi, i was thinking for a guitar those wood:
body black or white limba
neck maple w/ ebony fretboard.

neck joint bolt-on, bridge is a tune-o-matic W/strings thru body, 2HB and 1 SC

any suggestions ideas??

I just built 2 limba bodied superstrats, both with Floyds and maple necks/fingerboards. Some have recommended ebony fingerboards to brighten the tone, so you're on the right track.

I'm still trying the guitars out. My first body was an extremely light piece of white limba. It sounded amazing, though the body was routed poorly and I couldn't get the neck to line up right. The second try was a heavier pice of white limba. Still sounds nice, but the tone a closer to normal mahagany, just slightly brighter. The lighter body was louder acoustically and resonated better
