Guitars with stock sentients?

Does anyone know of any guitars that have sentients in them stock? I want to try out the pickups without buying them or installing them in my guitar.

The Sentients aren't a set, the Sentient is a neck pickup that is most often paired with a Nazgul or Pegasus bridge. Any Ibanez guitars advertised as having Hyperion pickups will have a neck pickup quite similar to a Sentient. This should give you a decent idea of what to expect.

Also, sound clips and YouTube videos are your friend.

Ibanez AZs have the Hyperions.

AFAIK it hasn’t been confirmed that the neck is similar to the sentient, but the bridge is said to be based off the Pegasus.

Anyways I think your best bet is youtube and if you are in the US relying on the return policy

I think the Hyperion are wound much hotter than Pegasus / Sentient set. I would say not very similar judging from the tones.
