H-S setup with 2 volume pots (no tone)

Hi

I bought new pickups for my custom tele (thanx guys for giving me advice there too) alnico2pro single for neck, and alnico2pro humbucker for bridge.

I have 3 way switch, and want to use 2 volume pots (for balancing volumes and on-off effect) and I won't use tone pots.

so it would be perfect if someone post complete schematic I need fingersx: ) but few advices would be great too.

I don't know if simple scheme of just pickups and volume pots will work well?
I don't know If I need to add resistor+cap to simulate tone control on max?

and second thing, what do you think:
for 2nd position of pickup switch I was thinking between tipical 2 pickup combination (maybe out of phase or something - I have something similar now in guitar) or to have serie - paralel for humbucker, so switch would be bridge serial - bridge paralel - neck

use the Flying V schematic minus the tone pot...
