I think they look awesome. They stick to the classic Explorer look and don't try to mess with it much.

Anybody played one and have opinions on it? They say "Hamer Humbucker" which leads me to believe that I would probably switch them out for something along the lines of a Pearly Gates or Seth Lover.

I think the Vector Korina is what I'm closest to buying.

Not there is any showing up used.

First issue of these came with USA Dunans but the Duncan Design '59/JBs are pretty cool for the most part in these guitars. I much prefer the Older Korean made Hamer imports if I had to go that route. Saving the $1500-$2500 to get a decent used USA Made Hamer Standard would be your best bet. :approve:
