I have a beautiful 1996 Hamer USA Artist semi hollow. The Artist has a Honduran mahogany body/neck and a carved flame maple top. This Artist has an AMAZING CHEVRON TOP!!!!!




Its loaded with Seymour Duncan Seth Lovers. V/T/T knob configuration and a 3 way toggle. Original Hamer case included. The tailpiece is an adjustable lightweight aluminum bridge with graphtech saddles.




The neck is a medium/medium chuncy C shape. Dark rosewood fretboard with pearl dot markers. The frets show very minor wear...very little at all. Truss rod functions perfectly...neck is true.




This Hamer is in great condition for 26 years old. No cracks, breaks or repairs. No Hameritis. There is one ding in the clearcoat on the bottom of the lower horn. Very light surface scratches on the back and polish swirls on the top. There is a small spot of discoloration in the clearcoat on the bass side of the fretboard (see pics)




The tome from this guitar is absolutely incredible...warm, rich, woody tone. The action is low with optimal playability! This USA Hamer is the perfect combination beauity, tone and function!

I know that guitar well and almost bought it a couple weeks ago from a friend of mine here in the Birmingham area. Very very nice guitar. I passed on it simply because I have fought to hard to pay off my CC and didn't have the cash on hand. Who ever gets that one is getting an absolute killer that is well worth the asking price here!!
PS its wired single volume 2 tones not the 2 volume one tone that was stock.

No kidding guys the former owner is a good friend of mine and I have played this guitar several times it's a truly exceptional guitar. This is a great price on this one it's a real killer!!!
