I took advantage of reverb having 15% off the other day and got this in today:

Gotta wait till after work to test it out though.

I want it to replace my nova drive in my G system, having 100 settings and 8 different drives beats 18 settings and 2. $305 for 8 pedals seems pretty reasonable, I just paid 175 for a palladium and 150 for a bogner xtc blue not too long ago, and this is new.

I have a sonic port for garage band, maybe I'll just record it at practice too. I need to make some settings and see how it sounds first.

Yeah, I checked it out online. I wouldn't use most, or any, of the control features but if it all the drive tones are good, $370 bucks is less money than buying even 2 discrete "boutique" pedals and the pedal board real estate savings is a great bonus.

I spent sometime with it last night, it has some really good tones. For $305 shipped its hard to beat.

Some of the tones, like the clean boost, tubescreamer, and Klon I will stack in front of other pedals or my amp. Some are really great on their own and probably give my amp a run for the money.

I will use midi from my G system or nova system to switch channels and settings. Changing my amp channels and pedal settings at the same time is great.

Anyone interested in one of these they are $222 this weekend and have financing available. I paid 305 for mine and it was well worth it at that price.

This might just be the color, but it kinda looks like a piece of medical equipment. (And it’s kinda getting me hot.)
