BRAND NEW too heh...plays wonderfully. Neck is set in and the tuners work great. No dead frets and no sharp fret ends either. very fun. :)

just thought I would share my little blessing... ;)
oh, btw the body resonates incredibly well, and trust me, I have played a lot of guitars and listened to them unplugged, etc. to hear the resonance.

Beautiful axe. Why color the logo?

looks very nice... congrats!

thanks! I was really suprised when I got it. I thought I would take the risk and try it out anyway seeing it was so cheap. I didnt expect it to be much, I thought I would use it as a backup axe, but I think its good enough for my main guitar on my weekly gigs. really sweet.

edit: I colored the logo so my friends wouldnt find out haha...dont want then copying me...I sent the pic to a couple friends beforehand. its made by a small Canadian company called Hamm guitars. you can find them at www.hammguitars.com
as far as I know, they quality control is really strict. even small blemishes are enough to put a guitar out. they company is very new as far as I know, actually...my guitar is the 6th one made :D...the owner was kind enough to place my initials into the serial number too which was a bonus, and actually included a personalized letter with it..and yes it was personalized...it wasnt some mass produced sort of thing for sure.

the owner's name is Andy and he is a great guy to deal with. I would encourage you to at least give him an email asking some questions about the specs, etc. He has a TWO WEEK guarantee on his guitars, so when you get yours, if there is ANYTHING wrong with it, just send it back. Im sure not gunna send mine back, thats for shoo...lol

btw, I might just switch the pickups to a JB and jazz set...or maybe both jazz...I will see. any suggestions would be great!

haha dude...I have a squier that I bought like 6 years ago and it actually plays really well. the electronics and body wood aren't as good, but thats about it.

but seriously...this hamm guitar I got is unbelievable for the price. I seriously think it easily compares to a lot of the 700-800$ guitars I have played.
