Not that I can think of...Q zone type pedals are quite rare.
If your semi-handy with a soldering iron there's no reason why you can't pop two separate pedals in a new enclosure and wire them to one set of jacks and a switch.

I would like to build my own, perhaps someday. I did find a Premier Guitar review and demo of the Daredevil Atomic Cock which actually will give you that Mick Ronson/Ziggy Stardust era tones. Now I want one. (I have to convince the wife after she bought me a TC Electronics G system. Wish me luck)

Check out the 65 Amps Colour Bender. There's a stock setting, but the low setting drops the gain while pre-filtering the tone. Setting 1 makes it like a bright, juicy overdrive, but setting 2 is that Mick Ronson midrange honk. It's not an active wah in front, it's done passively so it still works like a germanium, interacting with the volume control.
