What is it like, specially compared to 59/Custom? Does it sound weird or good?

In the last couple years some of the ESP Exhibition series guitars (2018 especially) have JB/59 bridge pickup paired with a 59/Jazz neck. You can find some videos online where some of these ESP guitars are being demoed that feature these pickups. Might help you out.

Thanks for the video. I had no idea that Duncan was making them for production model guitars. Sweet. Although it's a little hard to judge the tone with all that distortion. Still, I can hear the JB-vibe from it.

Those guitars are Custom Shop ESP's (Exhibition Series---very rare); not really production model guitars.
