I want to put my Twang Banger pickup that's currently just lying in a parts box, in the bridge position of my Godin Progression because that's cheaper than buying a Tele, and I never use the bridge pickup on the Progression by itself anyway. It's the bluesy neck pickup sound that made me buy the guitar.
If the TwangBanger can be swapped in there, then with the revoicing button, I'd actually have two flavors of Tele bridge pickup tone available, as well as the great blues and pop Strat tones the Progression already delivers.
But the Progression has that active revoicer circuit inside. Are the pickups standard passive pickups though?
