'Hazard Phaser' does Eruption

Thought I'd post a clip of the phaser pedal that's been discussed in the off topic room, as per Rob's request.

The playings rushed and sloppy as I'm too busy to learn the solo properly tonight but hopefully should illustrate the tone of the phaser pedal a bit. I'm not going to bother recording something like Eruption properly until I've got power scaling in my amp, then I'll be able to get some power amp distortion too that'll accurately cop the tone.

The guitar is my VHII equipped custom guitar, into the 'hazard phaser', into the Marshall plexi, everything on 10 except the PPIMV (on 3).

Then it's Greenback G12M reissue speakers > SM57 > preamp > DAW > bit of reverb, delay and home studio magic!

Impressive, man, at your age I was doing well to play the intro to Nothing Else Matters. Good stuff.

Is that one of the Build Your Own Clone Phasers?

Reissue, that I modified quite a lot to 1968 plexi specs (new OT, circuit board, caps, resistors, NOS tubes etc). You'd be hard pushed to tell the sound difference between this plexi and an original now.

Yeah, it's the one I was talking about in the OT room. I built it early last year.

Cool stuff man!! I loved the tapping part. When it was over, I was waiting for "You Really Got Me" to strat. Fantstic job..
