HB split coil (screw vs. slug) in conjunction with middle SC - phase issue

I have an H-S-H build and have it wired so in position 2, I can have the middle SC on with EITHER the bridge HB slug coil or screw coil (by using a push-pull pot).
The combination sounds fine in one position (when the HB has the slug coil activated). However, the sound is out of phase when the screw (closer to the bridge) coil is activated
together with the middle SC.

Is there any way to wire this so BOTH coils (when used separately) are in phase with the middle pickup in both configurations?

I'm waiting on an Alnico Pro II SC to come in to replace the current Hot Stack in the middle and it is RWRP if that matters.

Not really, since each coil is wound reverse of the other.

You could try to simultaneously flip the phase of the humbucker when you switch coils. Not sure it'd be worth all the trouble. Is the tone really all that much difference between the two?

Thanks guys. That was my worry. The bridge HB coil closest to the tail piece with the middle made the most quack on a previous guitar. It currently is the one out of phase with the middle. I do prefer the bridge HB coil closest to the neck when used by itself. My concern was it and the neck HB split might conflict (out of phase) I know this sounds complicated.

I may just flip the bridge humbucker around instead.
