Heathkit Amps - Anyone Remember These?

A faint teenhood memory of sorts here. I seem to recall knowing one or two guitarists in my teenage years (1970's) that had these Heathkit solid state amps that you could build or buy assembled, anyone remember these or have any comments on them? Just curious

Yep, I remember them. My first amp was a Heathkit tube amp that my father built. I don't know what ever happened to it though. :scratchch
