I am sure a few photos of the axe as it is for the moment might be inspiring to make a suggestion...
But reading you propsitions of choice, purple metallic sounds like a cool colour, I wonder what it would look like on a guitar though.

Get a clear scratchplate the size of the front of the guitar. That way you can draw designs on paper and pop it underneath when ever you fancy a change! Yamaha did it a few years back.

white? I can't believe you white people are so boring...
for that kind of axe? no way.
neon green should be an option. So should neon blue and pink. but mostly neon green.
but since you don't have that on your poll, neon yellow. i had a neon yellow guitar once, too bad it sucked.

I'd go with solid black alder, maple neck with old Charvel logo, chrome hardware, and
a zebra or tremspaced nickel Custom, C-5, or JB.
