Help! Fender Mustang soldering issue

Hello good people

I tried soldering in my first pickup today, all by my lonesome, using this video guide for a fender mustang: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJ3llWR0r7c.

The only difference, is that the pickup i´m putting in, is a Dimarzio Tone Zone S.

I translated the different wire colors, from the Seymour colors, so i should match the video guide.

The pickup works, but with both switches in the forward position i get no sound at all.

Can anyone identify what is wrong? :help:

Just looking at that piece of paper, you are missing wires. They are on-off and also phase switches.

But, shouldn´t it work by just soldering together the black/white wires from the pickup, and then soldering on the red/green where the original pickup was? Or am i missing something for the whole phase thing?
