Help for Carvin TL60T

Hello as I am setting here in Iraq I have a lot of time to think about my guitars. My questions are humbucker or trembucker for a wilkinson trem. Also I noticed the trembuckers have 3 mounting holes in the tab compaired to one in the humbuckers which would work with my carvin rings. So what has every one else done about the rings did you drill a middle hole on the top of the ring for the screw or buy new rings if so what rings fit. I would like to go with a jb/jazz setup I just want something differant sounding from my AE185 which also has c22's in it Thanks
