Help identifying SD Strat bridge pickup

Hi all, long time lurker, newly registered member.
While going through some boxes of pickups I found some SD Antiquity's for Strat.
All of the Antiquity neck and middle pickups measure to be Texas Hots but one of the bridge pickup has me scratching my head.

It's Alnico II with a Vintage stagger, North up and measures ~ 10.5k/3.8 H @ 1khz. It's AWG 43 Formvar with Carbon Black potting. Date code says 2009.
I thought it might have been a Surfer II until I looked up the Surfer specs.

Would anybody have a clue as to what model pickup it is?
I'm trying to clean house a bit and I'd kind of like to know what it is.

Thanks

Re: Help identifying SD Strat bridge pickup

10.5k is not the published figure for any production model SD single coil. Assuming your meter to be reasonably accurate, the only other explanations are, a custom ordered pickup, a modified SSL-5 or the pickup is not by Seymour Duncan.

Re: Help identifying SD Strat bridge pickup

Not a modified SSL-5, it's definitely an Alnico II Antiquity.
Maybe a custom wind.
Thanks.

Re: Help identifying SD Strat bridge pickup

Without seeing it it probably is Texas Hot Antiquity bridge. Every spool of wire can give a slightly different DC resistance (and we have very tight tolerances with our suppliers) so even though they're all wound with the same number of turns the DC can vary. It will sound great!

Re: Help identifying SD Strat bridge pickup

Thanks Scott. I didn't realize that SD offered a Texas Hot Antiquity bridge with AWG 43.

I don't know what method or instruments SD uses to measure inductance so my reading may differ a bit but It's definitely Alnico II.

Thanks again.
