Help me choose parts for my project strat

Ok, Im pretty sure about most of the parts Ill get, its basically a superstrat but tell me what you think. I was thinking about getting a northern hard ash body but does it matter if its a one or two piece? Id get a maple neck but I dont know whether to get a 1 piece or a maple with a maple fingerboard, I want whatever one would have a warmer sound. I think I should get schaller locking tuners. I think Ill get a fender reissue vintage style trem but I play some van halen stuff and I know that it will probably go out of tune a little but it shouldnt go out of tune too bad right? I can always tune a little while Im playing if it doesnt go out of tune too bad. Id use a paf style humbucker in for the bridge pickup and maybe some single coils for the neck and middle but Ill figure that out later. Ill probably just get one volume knob but either a 500k or a 1meg pot, what are the differences? Im not sure about what kind of nut to get so could you guys help me out with that? Ill probably get the gibson size frets. And theres some other hardware too like the neck plate and stuff but do different ones make the guitar sound different or could I just get some cheap ones? One more thing idk if it makes a difference or not but right now I play through a marshall jmp mastervolume head with a marshall tv cab with 25watt celestion greenback reissues but Im planning on getting a plexi type amp sometime in the future when I have more money to spend. Sorry this was so long but I was just hoping to get all my questions answered.

Body - I think you'd be very hard pressed to hear much of a difference between a one and a two piece body. One is typically more prized for its purity, but I don't see anything wrong with two or three piece bodies.

Neck - Again, I think the difference between a one piece and a maple on maple is negligable. I prefer one piece, but part of my opinion is based on the fact that I like the walnut stripe down the back of the neck.

Bridge - Wilkinson makes a great version of the 6 hole V-Trem. They are by far the most stable V-Trem I have ever played. Coupled with a set of locking tuners, it should be very stable. However, if you plan on doing tremolo acrobatics or deep dives without going to a locking system, I'd suggest a 2 point wilkinson. It has a great range and is even more stable than its 6 screw cousin.

Nut - with a tremolo system, I'd recommend a self-lubricating nut material. Graphite is one, but there are also synthetic "bone" nuts that work just as well.

Electronics - A 1 meg pot will allow a lot more highs into your tone than a 500k. There's a thread in the pickup lounge right now discussing pot values. Breifly, 250K is typical for a volume pot for single coils, whereas 500K is typical of humbucker volume pots.

The neck plate will have no effect on your tone. Make sure you have a great fit between your neck and body, that's all.

trem... if youre not gonna pull up you could always put locking tuners on... right?

The fretboard glued to the neck, in theory, should be more stable as its a glued joint.
