So I'm not that good when it comes to solos, technically, I'm okay, but theoretically. I can play pentatonics pretty well and can write some good heavy blues solos, but I'm getting into more ambient, progressive type music that still has a bit of a bluesy influence and can't do anything. I like Steffen Schackinger and his stuff, and was watching a Phil X video where he played a really nice solo, and was wondering how I could write stuff like this.
