Help me wire a new SD Custom

Hi All, I am new here. I have a Fender American Deluxe "Fat" Stratocaster. The Pickup setup is H-S-S. It has the 5 way switch, and the S-1 system. I don't like the Stock Humbucker, so I am going to put a Duncan Custom in there. The problem is, the Fender wire colors do not corespond to the Duncan wire colors. Is there a wiring diagram on how to do this, or could somebody tell me how the colors match up between Fender and Duncan? Thanks for your help.
