HELP !!! - Newbie - Tele Project

HELP !!!!
Hello I am a newbie to this forum, be nice to me !
I am building a tele, I have a SD hot for tele neck p/u & Little 59 single coil humbucker for the bridge.
I am no electrician & my problem is that I can't read the wiring diagrams/schematics on the SD site !
I am looking at the tapped tele diagram (ST59' Tele lil'59) I understand the ground symbol, but where does the black from the neck go & the green from the bridge go ? Also the what are the arrows from the tone pot capacitor & the jack ? Are these grounds ? They look like black arrows, where do they go ?
Can anyone explain how to wire this tele up in idiot proof terms ?

Welcome to the forum. I think I can make one up thats pretty idiot-proof. Then again, I don't know how big of an idiot you are.

Sorry . . . bad joke. But seriously, give me 'til tomorrow. I want to get it right.

btw - You are correct about the arrows. They all just connect together, including a wire that you probably have that comes from underneath the bridge somewhere.

I am a bigger idiot than you can imagine !
I can wire things up if I do my own diagram before taking a thing to bits , but the pro schematics freak me out. :grumble:
Fender mustangs are my thing, I have rebuilt a few by following my own diagrams copied from my own guitar.
I suppose I have never really understood the electrics thing , and I rewired my house !!! mg:
