Help please - wiring for new wah wah switch

Just put a new switch in my Dunlop Crybaby but got the wiring wrong. It works great turned on , but there's no sound of any description when it's switched off. The switch is one of these:

So, half the battle is going from the original Crybaby 4 connection switch to the new 6 connection one and knowing where the wires should now go. Does anyone have a wiring diagram?

There is a thread in the vault that I wrote a couple years ago, showing how to put a 3PDT and an LED in a Crybaby or Vox wah. Lots od detailed pics there. A quick search will find it.
