Help -Tricky Wiring - SSH -5 way switch - 2 Vol + hum series, split , parallel switch

Hey guys,
I really need some help on wiring this set up. I have 2 Lace sensor Hot Golds for neck and middle, and a Seymour Duncan SH-14 in the bridge. I want independent volume for the bridge, and then one for both neck and middle. I have a 3 way on-on-on mini toggle for the bridge so i can have series, split coil and parallel wiring. I also have a 5 way switch for its usual function.
Can anyone help me?

wire your toggle as so

your lace sensors should have orange leads

hang ona bit
