Help with Blackout install please

I wired these used Blackouts up leaving the pickup selecter for last as it was already in the guitar. Now I see I need a ground from the selecter switch to the volume pot which was not needed for passives.

Any help on how to go about this as I have only done a few passives before these. I was thinking of soldering a wire to the washer but thought I had better ask first.

I am using the one volume/tone instructions because they only came with one volume pot.

Not familiar with the Blackouts, but if can't hurt to have the switch grounded. Well, it shouldn't anyway. You can try it both ways and see what you get.
