Help with Charvel wiring

I have recently bought a 2016 Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH HT. It uses push/pull volume and a 3-way blade selector type that I have not seen before.
I am interested in understanding how it is wired to achieve the pickup selections:
Switching: 3-Position Blade: Position 1: Bridge Pickup, Position 2: Both Inner Coils, Position 3: Neck Pickup.
P/P up (Split Engaged) - Position 1: Bridge Outer Coil, Position 2: Both Outer Coils, Position 3: Neck Outer Coil.

At the moment I am loathed to unleash the wiring bundle shown in the picture.

Any advice on the type of selector used would be welcome.

Re: Help with Charvel wiring

I am loving my first pair of Duncans (JB & '59). The split options are very versatile with distinctive sounds in all positions. It is a thicker neck profile than my other planks, but it really feels good. I am a convert!
I have had no luck finding a wiring diagram for a 3 way super of this type. I have no experience with any super switches. There are 8 lugs per rotor on the switch, if this helps.
The guitar has 1 vol (with coil split P/P) and 1 no-load tone. Has anyone out there modded a Charvel of this type or replaced the pickups. If so did you come across a relevant diagram or make one yourself?

Do the people who provided the harness with that switch (which I agree, is uncommon) have any diagrams? Strange switches are always difficult, as I don't know exactly what's going on there.

That's a great pic but I don't see how that diagram gives the selections that the OP wants, plus it's not the switch that he has.
