Help with Custom Wiring

I am making a custom guitar, and don't know much about wiring. My plan is to have three Gibson Humbuckers (2 490R's and 1 498T), an on/off switch for each, 1 master volume pot, and 1 master tone pot, to an output jack.

Does anyone know how i could do this??

Replace "single coil" with "humbucker"

Thank you, that is so helpful. So, when you replace the single coil's on the diagram with humbuckers, what wires from the humbucker replace the black and white wires from the single coil? Also, is it alright not to use the SpDt switches and use DpDt instead?

Are the GIbson pickups 4-conductor like Seymour Duncans? If not, then you've only got 2 wires to worry about. If so, check the color-coding chart:

and replace the wires in the diagram with the Gibson colors.
