Help with installing Duncans in a 05' Les Paul R8

Hey guys,
I've installed pickups before...so this is not toatally new to me but I'm a little confused on the wiring of my new R8. I'll attach a pic. Are the pickups leads going to the bottom lug on each vol. pot where the tone cap is also connected or are they going to the middle lug on each pot? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

BTW great finish on the back! I love them R8 finishes.

bottom lugs should be the pickups, middle lugs should go to the switch

Those are caps? They look massive resistors. And are those caps also grounded to the pot aswell? looks like it
