Help with LP pickup rings.....

I'm prob getting a black epiphone les paul standard, and want to replace the creme pickup rings with black. what are the sizes for the neck and bridge?

are these correct.....

1/8 inch in the neck, and 3/8 inch in the bridge? and these will fit epiphones as well? oh, and are they easy to put on? (wondering if you have to take the pickup out or anything)

and they just screw on and off with no problems?

oh, and another stupid quesition, but where can i find a blackk ring for around the pickup switch, as opposed to creme? thanks

There is a nut that holds the switch to the guitar and the black toggle ring as well.
